Rotate the 3D preview to review the color, size and quantity. Production begins only after your approval.

05–06 · Quality Check → Secure Packaging

We remove supports, inspect the surface and color, apply a protective finish, then pack your piece with custom cushioning for worldwide delivery.

Will I approve the model before printing?

Yes. We'll send a 360° model preview for review. Production begins only after you approve the model, color and key details.

Can I request changes?

Yes. Use the proof stage to request adjustments to important details before approval. We'll confirm what can be changed before printing begins.

How long will my order take?


Timing depends on the product, size and number of revisions. The estimated production and delivery window is shown on the product page and confirmed with your order.

Do you ship worldwide?


Yes. We ship to supported destinations worldwide. Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged?


Send us your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. Once the transit damage is verified, we’ll remake and reship the piece at no extra cost.
