How does the customization process work?
Choose a product category and upload your photo, design reference, or 3D file. We create or prepare the 3D model, send it to you for review, and begin printing only after your approval.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Upload a clear, well-lit image showing the subject from the front. Avoid blurry photos, heavy filters, strong shadows, or images where important details are covered.
Can I review the 3D model before printing?
Yes. You can review the 360° 3D model and confirm the pose, color, size, and key details before production begins.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on the product, size, material, and required adjustments. The estimated production time will be shown on the product page and confirmed with your order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer international shipping to supported countries and regions. Available shipping methods and costs are shown during checkout.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with clear photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged item. After verification, eligible orders will be remade and shipped again.
