MODEL REQUIREMENTS

For better printing results, your model should:

Have a complete, closed structure

Avoid missing or overlapping surfaces

Avoid extremely thin or floating parts

Include a stable standing structure or base

Have sufficient thickness in small accessories

Not contain unauthorized copyrighted content

Thin fingers, hair strands, weapons, wings and suspended parts may need to be thickened or adjusted before printing.

FDM PRINTING CHARACTERISTICS

FDM printing builds the model layer by layer using thermoplastic material.

Please expect:

Visible layer lines on some surfaces

Slight texture differences between sections

Minor support marks on complex structures

Small color differences between screen previews and physical materials

Reduced detail in very small or thin areas

These are normal characteristics of FDM production and are not considered defects.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Handle carefully and avoid dropping or strong impact.

Keep away from fire, heaters and high-temperature environments.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Do not place in a dishwasher or microwave.

Do not wash with hot water.

Remove dust with a soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth.

Avoid alcohol and strong chemical cleaners.

FDM models are intended primarily for display unless otherwise stated.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Production normally takes approximately 12 business days after the model is reviewed and confirmed. Large or complex models may require additional production time.

Estimated shipping time is usually 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Tracking information will be provided after shipment.

The final result depends on the quality and structure of the uploaded model.

Colors, textures and small details may differ from digital renderings.

Unsupported or unprintable structures may require adjustment.
